Ordering & Pricing
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums. One shirt or one hundred, we'll make it. Five tees for a two-person crew is a normal order for us.
Are there setup fees?
None. No print setup costs, artwork fees or admin charges bolted on at the end. You pay for the gear and the decoration, not paperwork.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. Give us the size breakdown and you can mix sizes freely in the same run.
Can I reorder later when I hire someone?
Easy. We keep your logo and setup on file, so a new starter can be matched to the last order without starting again.
Turnaround & Proofing
How long does an order take?
About 10 business days on average from payment. Timing depends on the garment and the run, and we'll tell you first if anything shifts.
Do I get to see it before I pay?
Yes. You'll receive a free digital proof within 24 hours. Nothing gets printed or stitched until you've approved it.
Print, Embroidery & Artwork
What is the difference between print and embroidery?
Print handles full colour and fine detail and works well on tees and hoodies. Embroidery stitches the logo into the garment for a durable, raised finish on polos, hi vis and outerwear.
How do I know which one I need?
Send us your logo and the garment you have in mind. We'll recommend the finish that will look best and last well.
What artwork file do you need?
A vector AI, EPS or PDF is ideal. A high-resolution PNG or JPG can also work. Send what you've got and we'll check it.
Do you design logos?
We don't create logos from scratch. We can make small proof-related tweaks to an existing logo and can refer you to a designer for a new identity.
Garments, Pickup & Delivery
What garments and brands do you use?
We work with quality suppliers including AS Colour, Biz Collection and Syzmik, then recommend the garment that suits the job and budget.
Where are you, and can I pick up?
We're at 7/8 Monomeeth Drive, Mitcham VIC. Free pickup is available once your order is ready.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver Australia-wide at a flat rate.
